customer Purchase
Order, e-lot traveller will be generated instead of multiple
paper job sheets
for each process.
Upon approval, customer's
order will be scheduled automatically.
Lot itinerary
(Report consist of lot route) is generated for
ease of control and
monitor in a-click
of a button.
Required raw material will be
calculated upon receipt of customer PO. Purchaser
will be alerted of
any material shortages before e-PO is generated automatically
to supplier.
Second after the e-lot
traveller is generated, production personels are
alerted
simultaneously and
ready for production run. Machine parameters like product
dimensions and
materials combination are uploaded automatically by the system
without human inteference.
Sales office is able to track
lot in a-mouse-click from afar. And be able to foresee
the status of the
lot, quality data, machine efficiency and related cost etc.
